In our counters you will find all cuts from beef of meat breeds, free-range pork, meat lamb or rural poultry. We will help you choose the right pieces of meat for the preparation of classic dishes and show you what is worth experimenting with – what elements to choose for stewing, baking, frying or cooking. Each of us loves to cook and thanks to the experience gained, we know what parts will fit, for example, Burgundy beef, and which will work best in the preparation of classic pork roast. Is it better to bake chicken at low or high temperatures? How to prepare a steak to achieve the dream degree of frying? All you have to do is tell us what you want to prepare. We will make sure that the dish came out perfectly, and its preparation did not cause any problems.

In the store, we encourage you to try the product before buying, without any obligations. And in the case of fresh meat, a good test is the preparation of hamburgers from our beef.

The basis of our philosophy is to focus on the taste and naturalness of our meat. We carefully select food for our animals to get healthy and as delicious meat as possible. We guarantee that after trying them, it is difficult to return to a different quality of meat.

In our stores there are people who not only know the butcher’s trade but also love to cook. We are always happy to suggest which techniques, temperatures and how much time to prepare a particular piece of meat. At your request, we can also prepare ready-made roasts, which will already be marinated and properly tied, so that they are put only in the oven and baked according to the given recipe.

The most burdensome for the environment is intensive, industrial production, i.e. animals crowded in buildings and accelerated weight gain. Such manufacturers are forbidden to enter our stores. We focus on sustainable breeding, i.e. animals living on natural pastures and growing at a natural pace. That is why we promote the philosophy of “less but high quality”. Our meat is obtained from small and local extensive farms, which are characterized by the preservation of the natural biological cycle and respect for renewable natural resources. Such breeding comes at a lot of work, but we believe that it is the only way to high-quality meat and wise management of natural resources.

We also adhere to the principle of “from nose to tail”. We do not get rid of less liked and less frequently purchased parts of meat, creating the most environmentally harmful waste. We are able to prepare unique products from every part of the meat.

We are definitely in favour of eating meat less often but reaching for healthier and higher quality meat. Flexitarianism is the closest to us. Meat contains many nutrients, minerals and vitamins. Some of them are difficult to obtain in non-animal food. The best example of this is vitamin B12, which we obtain mainly from animal products.

We often ask ourselves – how is it possible that this product is so cheap? If we deduct taxes, the profit of the producer and seller and transport costs from the price, we will be left with an alarmingly low value of the product itself. Industrial breeding is oriented mainly on the yield of goods from raw material and the production of as much goods as possible at the lowest possible cost. This, unfortunately, often affects the quality and taste. That is why we focused on natural farming, without accelerating the growth of animals, which is paid for by a very large amount of work but results in obtaining the highest quality products.
